Changes in Board of Management

Dr. Stephan Schramm leaves the management board of KROSE on 31.12.2022 at his own request and in best agreement with all partners and associates. Urs Gottwald takes over as managing partner of KROSE as of 01.01.2023.
Dr. Stephan Schramm comments:
“At the end of 2022, I will have been managing partner of KROSE for 25 years, a long and very enjoyable period of joint success, which I would like share even longer. But unfortunately, I have developed problems with both hands in recent years that I can´t ignore any longer. Nothing that would kill me (or that I would want to be pitied for!) but has limited my ability to work pain-free.
KROSE was and is a lifetime experience for me.I will remain a shareholder even after my retirement from active management and personally wish my successor Urs Gottwald all the best, especially serenity and the necessary fortitude!”
Urs Gottwald has been with KROSE since 2018, responsible for industrial liability insurance as a member of the management team. After his apprenticeship as an insurance salesman and studying law at the University of Osnabrück, the fully qualified lawyer worked for well-known insurers as a liability underwriter and in different management positions.

“For more than a quarter of a century Dr. Stephan Schramm has played a key role in shaping our company. He formed KROSE decisively to its successful development. We are also pleased to announce Urs Gottwald, a recognized liability expert in our own ranks as his successor. He was already able to set his own course for KROSE’s business development as a member of the management board, so that we ensure a smooth transition.”
